Welcome to the Collaborative Cookbook, and effort by the women of Painter to not starve upon graduation. For as much as our liberal arts education seems to be holistic, the only chemistry we know involves substances that cannot be ingested. In six months we will not only graduate from Middlebury College, but we must graduate from Proctor panini machine into the great horizons of : the stove. And the oven. These are family recipes we learn to make, personal experiments, and our favorites from friends. Happy cooking!
To start off: Brown Sugar Glaze!
Melt a 1/4 cup of brown sugar with 1/8 cup butter with water (just enough...feel it out!) until slightly thickened, then let sit, and spread on...anything! Most likely a cookie! - Tori
