9" One-Crust:
1/3 C. and 1 Tbs. shortening
1 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2-3 Tbs. COLD water

10" One-Crust:
1/2 C. shortening
1 and 1/3 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 Tbs. COLD water

9" Two-Crust:
2/3 C. and 2 Tbs. shortening
2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
4-5 Tbs. COLD water

10" Two-Crust:
1 C. shortening
2 and 2/3 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
7-8 Tbs. COLD water
